@bram Apart from the Fritkot at Brussels South train station, I've never used nor heard “fritkot” in Brussels or Wallonia. What is more common known for me is friterie, or baraque à frites, or – worst – friture.

@meduz yup, me neither (mostly always heard "friterie"), I guess it's from some part of Wallonia but can't tell which
